And we prove that we are, we provide them all-sided help to kick-off, at the prime stage, we will design the cylinder drawings according to the clients’ market standard, includes the detailed drawings of the cylinder body, handle, foot ring, then we supply the complete technical supports, such as facility foundation drawing, machine layout drawing, electricity layout to help our clients start the civil work, once the machines arrive the facility, we will send the engineer for installation, and help our clients to run the production line as earlier as possible.
Hereby list one of our successful cases in Vietnam, this is our first turnkey project since we start to supply the turnkey solution, and we really absorb much valuable experience from it and we realize how could we serve our clients better in the future cases. The chairman of the Vietnam factory comes from Taiwan and owns several-cylinder factories in China mainland. They visited our factory to survey our manufacturing ability and the machine technology, they were pretty satisfied with our presentation and decided to go with us, after finalizing all commercial respects, we signed the contract in 2016 and started the technical discussion. Firstly, we spent one month to clarify all technical requirements, cylinder drawings, workshop foundation layout, machine layout, etc, then we started to make the machine at next stage, and the client built the factory and concreted the ground simultaneously, this stage took roughly 3~4 months, afterward, we organized the machine shipment, once we all machines arrive, we sent the engineers one batch by one batch to their factory for installation, commissioning and trail running, it took 2 months before the mass production. Now you can see, to start up the cylinder production takes 7 months roughly and we can strictly control every part.
