Hydrostatic testing is an essential part for testing the cylinder performance, LPG cylinder is tested in the hydrostatic testing machine to see if there is any liquid coming out from the haps on the welding parts or if the sheet material has some holes/cracks on it as a defect.
The hydrostatic testing machine we supply is a new design with mutual technology, which can attain full automation performance. The machine consists of the hydraulic tester, conveying roll table, hydraulic pneumatic system, and operation control system, etc. And the machine consists of three main parts for the entire process, water filling (the water is pumped inside the cylinders) - pressure rising - water draining (after the test is completed, water inside the cylinder is discharged by the suction). Each position can process 12 cylinders at the same time, which means, 12 cylinders are placed in the water filling position, and another 12 cylinders are doing pressuring rising simultaneously, therefore the high productivity can be ensured. But we are able to customize the working positions due to the clients’ output and budget, such as 12 positions, 8 positions, 6 positions.

Advance of Fully Automatic Hydrostatic Testing Machine
Our machine equips the tracking system to record the cylinder testing report from the beginning to the end, and save the data in the computer chips. Therefore if any cylinder goes failed in the future using, it’s ready for the cylinder manufacture to check the testing data. Also during the pressure rising process, in case one cylinder fails, the system will alarm and specify the failed cylinder.

Compare with outdated/semi-auto hydrostatic testing machine, we can save the manpower as well. Manual loading and unloading cylinders are required for the semi-auto machine, whereas our full-auto machine doesn’t require. The machine will connect with the front process by conveyors - heating furnace, then the cylinder will go through the hydro testing machine one by one section rhythmically.
