The Structure of the hydraulic deep drawing presses
Our press is a vertical four-column hydraulic press, it consists of the body and control device, which are connected by the oil pipe and the electric device to work coordinately. The body consists of the machine frame, main cylinder, hydraulic mat, and profile device. The control device consists of a drive mechanism, electric box, and control box.
A. Body
The body consists of following parts: top beam, slide beam, work table, which are connected by four columns and nuts to form a closed riding frame, top beam, and work table are fixed in two borders of columns by nuts, the accuracy of the press is adjusted by adjustment nuts and the up lock nuts. The slide is joined up with the piston rod by the up contact flanges and guided by four columns. On the upper surface of the working table and the lower surface of the slide beam T-slots are made for installing dies.
B. Stroke limit device
The stroke limit device is fixed to the right side of the machine body. It consists of a frame holder, a ram block, a proximity switch, etc. To adjust the proximity switch’s position will enable the slide beam to stop at any job required position.
C. Control board
The control board is portable, switches and time relays are fixed on its faceplate.
D. The hydraulic power system
The hydraulic power system consists of a steel oil tank, piston pump, motor, pressure valves, and direction valves, etc. The filter is mounted inside the oil tank. The oil level should always be higher above the indicated line of the level meter. Oil must be filtered strictly before being filled into the oil tank.
