Our automatic gas cylinder welding line equipment consists of two parts: the front section completes the trimming, polishing, jogging punching, and stamping of the upper and lower shells of the gas cylinder, and the welding of the valve seat, handle, and the bottom ring, and transports the upper and lower shells to the manual picking position of the spot welding machine through the conveyor line; the rear section completes the spot welding of the upper and lower shells and the circular seam welding. The whole set of equipment realizes continuous automatic flow production operation, provides users with a complete, high-efficiency and high-quality solution for automatic flow operation of LPG gas cylinders, and maximizes the competitiveness of the company's products.
The whole set of equipment of this production line requires few people and low labor intensity. The loading and unloading method is carried by robots and conveyed directly to the place. Operators only need to add materials at regular intervals without too much human intervention. The entire production line needs 4 people.
